24th October
Since my last report there have been just 2 burglaries, one in Park Road, Camberley and one in Wood Road, Camberley. Property stolen includes jewellery.
10th October
No burglaries to report this week. However it was disturbing to read the first 2 crime reports this morning which related to vehicle crime. Both vehicles involved had the keys left in them whilst on their driveways. One of these was also in a NHW area.
I have also noted this week the thefts of 2 caravans from within the borough. Please if you have, or know someone who has, a caravan check and review security arrangements now that the main touring season is over.
3rd October
Since my last report 2 weeks ago there have been 8 dwelling burglaries across the borough in Crabtree Road, Camberley, James road, Camberley, Field Lane, Frimley, London Road, Camberley, St Catherines Road, Frimley Green, Brookleys, Chobham and Wishmoor Road, Camberley.
Force was used in the majority of cases but on at least 2 occasions it would appear that entry was via front UPVC doors the occupants had failed to double lock.
Property stolen includes cash, jewellery, digital camera and a lap top.
