CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

      Ingredients:

      • 3 oz margarine    (75 g)
      • 4 oz castor sugar       (100 g)
      • 6 oz plain flour      (150 g)
      • 1 egg
      • 2 oz (50 g) chopped chocolate or packet of chocolate dots

      Method:

      Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour, egg and chocolate. Place on greased tray in small heaps. Bake 15 - 20 minutes in moderate oven (350 F; 180 C; Gas 4).
